The design brief was for a 10m yacht that is competitive around the cans but particularly slanted to offshore passage racing, including short handed.
Main design features include fixed keel and twin rudders and water ballest.
Built in Auckland by Team New Zealand - the yacht is a testimony to their skill and precision, and the result is exceptional.
North Sails supplied the all carbon 3Di main and an initial sail wardrobe that is targeted to all round performance.
The carbon rig is built by the team at NZ Spars & Rigging.

The bow shape is a hybrid - an intelligent response to combining the recent scow bow trend and the more traditional deep stem pointed bows.
