Victory for Future Shock in Sydney to Gold Coast

Investec Loyal, the Elliott 100 footer, has finished second on the line in the Sydney to Gold Coast Yacht Race. Line honours was won by Wild Oats. Pictured is the Elliott 55 Future Shock which won the 1st division on PHS.

Ran Tan II Slashes Wellington to Nelson Record

Despite a light air start in Wellington harbour John Meade has set a new Wellington to Nelson race record. Racing his Elliott 50 Ran Tan11 Meade and crew finished the race in 10 hours 50 minutes, over three hours ahead of the second boat. Ran Tan11 also won on PHRF.
